Essence is self-serve. You get your Home Intelligence Score, a personalized maintenance budget, tax-basis tracking, and project pricing tools, and you send us your documents to organize. Signature adds a full on-site onboarding that builds a Digital Twin of your home, plus ongoing support: we keep your maintenance on track, evaluate contractor quotes against the market, and guide your projects from start to finish.
It’s a 0 to 100 score, much like a FICO score for your home, across five categories: safety, systems, value, documentation, and maintenance. You’ll see exactly what’s raising or lowering it and precisely what to do next. The self-serve version takes about 15 minutes. Signature includes a certified score after an on-site review.
